2. Service Description

InvolveAgents supports family law intake workflows and domestic relations packet preparation for supported jurisdictions, including current coverage in Hamilton County, Ohio. Features, jurisdiction support, and availability may change over time.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information used in your workflow
• Review generated forms before filing or client use
• Maintain secure access controls and local device security
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws and professional duties

4. No Legal Advice

InvolveAgents provides software tools, not legal advice. You remain solely responsible for legal judgment, attorney review, and final filing decisions.

5. Fees and Access

Paid plans, trial access, and feature availability are governed by the pricing and enrollment terms presented at signup or in a separate order agreement.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or suitability for every jurisdiction or matter type.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InvolveAgents is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material violation of these Terms or misuse of the services. You may stop using the services at any time.
